Mid-Atlantic Base

Mid-Atlantic Base is always looking for new members. Reqardless of where you live, we have a place for you in Mid-Atlantic Base. Although most Mid-Atlantic Base members live in Delaware, we have members who live in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, West Virginia, Florida, and Oklahoma.

Did you earn your Dolphins?

Look on the back of that precious pin… Do you see an expiration date there? Whether you are on active duty, retired, in the reserves, or honorably discharged, your Dolphins have reserved your place in the USSVI.

This is where your fellow "Brothers of the Dolphin" are. Join us as we gather to maintain the bonds of camaraderie that only "fellow bubbleheads" really understand. Stand with us as we honor those who paid the Ultimate Price in the service of our country. If you are qualified in Submarines, please take a few minutes to complete the application and send it in.

What about me? I never qualified.

Not a problem. Associate Memberships are available to just about anyone who has either an interest in or a connection to the Silent Service.

OK, I'm interested. What's it going to cost me?

USSVI has a combined national/local dues structure composed of National and Base dues. Annual combined National and Mid-Atlantic Base Regular dues are $30.00. Discounts are available for dues paid for three and five year periods.

Annual National Dues are waived for USSVI Life Members. Mid-Atlantic Base dues for USSVI Life Members are $10.00 per year. The cost of lifetime USSVI membership is based on the member's age:

• Age 76+ = $100
• Age 66 to 75 = $200
• 56 to 65 = $300
• 46 to 55 = $400
• Under 46 = $500

Installment plans are available for Life Membership dues to make them even more affordable.

How do I join?

There are several ways to join Mid-Atlantic Base. The first step is to get an application, fill it out, and send it to the address listed on the front. Two versions are available on this web site. Simply click on either the Download PDF button to download an Adobe Acrobat PDF version or the Download DOC button to download a Microsoft® Word version of the application. Print the application, fill it out, enclose your dues, and send it to the address on the front.
