Take I-95 South into Delaware. Exit at I-295 North toward the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Exit I-295 at Route 9 South, the last exit before the bridge. Continue south for 2.6 miles on Route 9 to New Castle. You will cross a set of railroad tracks and the road will curve right and come to a traffic light. Turn left at the light onto Delaware Street and follow it into New Castle to 3rd Street, a one-way going to the right. Turn right on 3rd street and follow it to the end. Battery Park is on the left.
